Course Description: Follow in the steps of Captain Cook and Captain Bligh! Learn the
ancient art of celestial navigation plus modern GPS (Global Positioning System) use.
Subjects covered include celestial theory, the nautical almanac, HO 229 and 249 tables, use
of the sextant, sextant corrections, noon shots, and more. Available as a convenient DVD
correspondence class with phone and e-mail support.
