Leases

Monthly Lease: Gives lessee 32 days/year (8 days/quarter) use of chosen yacht. All leases are a
minimum of one year. Lessee may reserve up to 6 months in advance with 8 consecutive days use
maximum. Additional days can be purchased for 30% of the monthly fee per day. Lease payment
does not include tax. 16 days/quarter can be purchased for 1.7 times the monthly rate.

Prerequisites: For yachts 33' and under, lessee must have ASA Basic, Basic Coastal Cruising, and
Coastal Navigation certifications. For yachts over 33', lessee must also have ASA Bareboat
Chartering certification. Classes are available to obtain ASA certification, or experienced sailors
can be tested for a nominal fee.

Training Fee: $250 fee includes approximately 20 hours of instruction to familiarize lessee with boat
and cruising grounds after lessee has been ASA certified.

Security Deposit: $1000 refundable security deposit applies to the Beneteau, $1350 to the Ericson.

Discounts: Lessees receive up to 40% discounts on any classes they or their immediate family
enroll in at PSSI.
